Please note that some repairs may not be able to performed properly or safely onsite / in the field. If our technician makes this determination, your computer will be taken by the technician to our lab where the repairs will be made. Once the repairs are complete, the technician will make an appointment with you to deliver the repaired computer. There is no additional cost for this service when the technician deems it to be necessary. If you specifically request this service, even though the technician is able to complete the repairs onsite at your location, there will be a $30 pickup and delivery charge added to your invoice.
