Rates & Payment

Here at Texas I.T. Pros, our rates are no secret.  Most of the other guys don’t want you to see their rates online.  They would rather you call so they can give you their sales pitch and talk you into their high prices.  That doesn’t happen here.  Our rates are low, simple, and public, which is another reason we’re your best choice for onsite computer repair and other technology services.

Our rates and fees:

  • Consultations: FREE!
  • Advice: FREE!
  • Onsite Service (within our normal service area): $90 per hour, 1 hour minimum
  • Our normal service area includes Southwestern and Central Denton County, Northern Tarrant County, and Southeastern and Central Wise County
  • Onsite Service (outside our normal service area): Quoted on a case by case basis, starting at $100 per hour
  • Diagnostic Fee: $30 (fee waived if paid work is approved by customer)
  • Equipment Pickup / Delivery Fee: $45 (fee waived if technician determines that repair cannot be completed onsite)
  • No Show / Canceled Appointment Fee: $90 (fee waived if you provide at least 4 hours notice of cancellation)
  • Emergency Fee (priority or after hours scheduling): $200
  • Any sale prices above cannot be combined with any other offer.
